You would think you know what a paper shredding service is, just from the name. But there is more to it for most such companies than you would guess. Let's start with the basics. Any paper shredding service is of course going to shred paper. But how and where?

 One company may specialize in doing it at their customers' places of business, just outside the building in their own custom truck designed to do the job while the customer can watch. Another one might collect the sensitive documents from their customers and securely travel with these documents to their own shredding facility.
